Techno Insiders Tag was designed by Seth Apter. The Techno Collection was created to capture a trendy, techno feel. These "Insider" stencils were created with flexibility in mind. The Techno Insiders Tag stencil fits perfectly inside the outline of the tag shape on the 9 x 12 inch Urban Outsiders stencil. Each stencil can also be used on its own, either whole or broken into sections.
