Techno Insiders Star was designed by Seth Apter. The Techno Collection captures a trendy, techno feel. These "Insider" stencils were created with flexibility in mind. The Techno Insiders Star stencil fits perfectly inside the outline of the tag shape on the 9 x 12 inch Urban Outsiders stencil. Each stencil can also be used on its own, either whole or broken into sections.
